Who we are

The service

RoleSort AI turns your CV into an editable Career Profile, analyses job descriptions or vacancy links that you supply against it, and writes tailored CVs and cover letters from it. It is a decision-support and drafting tool. It does not guarantee interviews, offers or employment, and match scores are an indication only.

Your responsibility

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information saved in your Career Profile. You check and confirm it before it is used. We do not independently verify your career claims, and RoleSort will not invent experience, qualifications or achievements of its own.
• You review every generated CV and cover letter before use. You remain responsible for everything you send to an employer.
• You submit applications yourself; RoleSort never applies on your behalf.

Vacancy information

Job information comes from the job description or vacancy link you supply. Some websites do not allow their pages to be read automatically; you can paste the description instead. We cannot guarantee the availability or accuracy of any vacancy. We are not affiliated with, and do not represent, any job board or employer.

Price and payment

Access is sold as a monthly subscription, processed by Stripe:

• £2.99 for your first 7 days: £2.99 is charged when you subscribe for 7 days of access.
• Then £19.99 per month: unless you cancel within those 7 days, £19.99 is charged on day 8 and then every month until you cancel.

Reasonable fair-use conditions apply: the service is intended for one individual's own job search, and we apply technical limits to prevent automated or abusive use.

Cancelling your subscription

Open My account and choose Manage or cancel subscription. This opens Stripe's secure billing portal where you can cancel, change your card or download invoices. You do not need to contact us. Cancelling stops future payments and your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. If you cancel within the first 7 days, the £19.99 charge is never taken.

Your right to cancel within 14 days

If you are a consumer, you have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of subscribing. Because you ask us at checkout to start your access straight away, if you cancel within those 14 days we may deduct an amount for the service provided up to the point you told us. To use this right, email hello@rolesort.app with your account email. We will refund any amount due to your original payment method within 14 days. This does not affect your other statutory rights.

Refunds

• Cancelling stops future payments and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not normally refund unused time.
• If you choose to cancel and delete your account straight away, your access ends at once and no further payments are taken. The unused part of the period is not refunded automatically.
• If the service does not work as described, contact us and we will put it right or give an appropriate refund, up to a full refund where that is warranted.
• None of this affects your statutory rights, including your right to cancel within 14 days.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account and data from My account at any time. If your subscription is still running you can choose to cancel it and delete everything immediately (your access then ends straight away), or to have everything deleted automatically when your paid period ends.

Acceptable use

You may not resell the service, automate access, or use it to create false employment claims. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or attempt to circumvent fair-use limits.

Liability

We provide the service with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, Finopt Solutions Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.
